Where to buy bus fare and OnYourWay fare card

Only Adult OnYourWay fare cards can be purchased at Guelph Public Library and Guelph Museum branches. However, Adult and Reduced fare cards can be reloaded at any City facility or select retailer.

If you are eligible for a reduced fare card (child, youth, senior, post-secondary or affordable), the first card (including fares and registration) must be obtained at ServiceGuelph or the Guelph Transit administration office.

Alternatively, you can purchase a blank card with no dollar value on it at a select retailer (refer to chart). Once you purchase the card, have ready the following:

• Your name
• Type of card you’re needing to activate (child, youth, senior, post-secondary, affordable)
• Your proof of eligibility
