Organization structure
The Corporation of the City of Guelph is made up of three service areas, further divided into a variety of different departments, with approximately 2000 full-time and part-time employees.

City employees demonstrate these Corporate Values through their behaviours on the job each day.
The Corporate Values were developed for employees of the City of Guelph by the employees of the City of Guelph. At all levels of the organization, from new hires to the Chief Administrative Officer, a strong commitment has been made to uphold these values and live them.
Our City staff lives the Corporate Values on a daily basis.
