Guelph Transit On-demand App
The Guelph Transit On-demand App is used for booking and scheduling on-demand and mobility rides.
On-demand has no fixed route or schedule. You have the flexibility to book a ride in advance, or at the last minute, when it’s most convenient for you. It is the same price as a conventional trip.
On-demand service uses buses. Unlike car services you would book via a smartphone app, your ride will be shared with other riders in a Guelph Transit vehicle.
Mobility Services
Mobility Services is a specialized transit service that provides accessible transportation within the city limits of Guelph. Service is provided on wheelchair accessible buses and, when needed, contracted taxi services.
How to book an On-demand or mobility bus service without downloading the app
- Visit book.ondemandyourway.com OR
- Call an On-demand booking agent at 519-822-1811, prompt 5. Bookings can be made during these hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Sundays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To download these free apps onto your smartphone, visit the App Store if you have an iPhone, or the Google Play store if you use Android.
