If you get a call or text with a link that claims to be from a courthouse in Ontario or your local area, it could be a scam. They might ask for personal info or a late fee payment. Report it here if you think the caller is a scammer.
The Provincial Offences Court is responsible for the administrative and prosecutorial processes arising from violations contrary to the Highway Traffic Act, the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, the Trespass to Property Act and other statutes and regulations.
