The Court and Administrative Services at the City of Guelph (Provincial Offences Court) handles the paperwork and court prosecution for offences under the Highway Traffic Act, the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, the Trespass to Property Act, and other laws and regulations. If you have received a penalty notice (ticket) and would like to make an online payment, choose one of the following options:
