Buy an OnYourWay reloadable fare card from a City facility or select retailers for $5. You can add fares to it in person or online.
Note: if you are eligible for a reduced fare card (child, youth, senior, post-secondary or affordable), get a card from a select retailer and fill out the OnYourWay support request form to submit your eligibility. This can also be done in-person at the Guelph Transit Administrative Office (170 Watson Road South) or at ServiceGuelph at Guelph City Hall. If picking up a card in person, have your valid ID and proof of eligibility ready.
