Information items

We publish information items every week on Friday afternoons for the public and members of City Council. Information items can include: Information reports from staff, Inter-governmental consultations from the provincial and federal government, correspondence from other municipalities, and publications from local boards and committees. Other items that relate to the City Clerk’s Office may also be included.

Members of City Council may request that an information item be placed on the next available Committee of the Whole agenda.
