Guelph’s Site Plan Review Committee is an informal review panel that reviews proposed site plans for development. The committee includes City employees with expertise in:
- Planning and zoning
- Landscape planning
- Park planning
- Urban design
- Traffic engineering
- Environmental planning
- Heritage planning
- Economic development
- Source water protection

This schedule is for information purposes only. The Site Plan coordinator will endeavor to assign the meeting dates to applications received by the corresponding deadlines. However, meeting agendas are subject to a maximum number of applications. Where the number of received applications exceeds the available agenda space, applications will be assigned to the next available meeting date. Applications will be assigned a meeting date based on the order of receipt.
Only complete applications will be reviewed. Please refer to the Site Plan Review Committee Procedures for complete application requirements or the last set of Site Plan Comments. Applicants will be notified if the application is incomplete.
