- Turn left Stevenson Street S.
- Turn right to Elizabeth Street
- Turn right to Victoria Street South
- Turn left to York Road
- Return to regular route
Inbound
- From York Road
- Turn right to Victoria Street South
- Turn left to Elizabeth Street
- Turn left to Macdonell Street
- Turn left into the Guelph Central Station
- Continue to Platform 2

- Stop Identification 407 York at Audrey eastbound is not in service. Please use Stop Identification 360 York at Victoria eastbound.

Please use the temporary stop located on the northeast corner of York Road at Victoria Road South. Passengers on the inbound sections of York Road and Ontario Street may elect to board the outbound trip east and circle back west to the Central Station
- Stop Identification 426 York at Harris westbound and Stop Identification 427 Ontario at Huron westbound are not in service. Please use Stop Identification 1423 Elizabeth at Huron westbound. - Stop Identification 428 Ontario at Manitoba westbound is not in service. Please use Stop Identification 1424 Elizabeth at Duke westbound. Passengers on the inbound sections of York Road and Ontario Street may elect to board the outbound trip east and circle back west to the Central Station
- Stop Identification – 429 – Ontario at Neeve westbound and Stop Identification 297 Wyndham at Fountain northbound are not in service. Please use the stops at the Guelph Central Station. Passengers on the inbound sections of York Road and Ontario Street may elect to board the outbound trip east and circle back west to the Central Station.
