Guelph Municipal Holdings Inc. (GMHI) was incorporated and is wholly owned by The Corporation of the City of Guelph (the City). As permitted by applicable laws, GMHI is authorized to acquire, hold, dispose of or otherwise deal with the shares of one or more corporations with share capital, which are established by or on behalf of the City from time to time. GMHI currently oversees the operation of its district energy assets and holds a 4.63 per cent interest in the operations of Alectra Inc.
