Greg Denton is a visual artist, musician, and educator who lives and works in Guelph. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design and Master of Fine Arts degree (MFA) from the University of Guelph.
He has been the City of Guelph Artist in Residence (2015), taught as a sessional instructor in the School of Fine Art & Music at the University of Guelph for 20 years, and has exhibited locally at the Art Gallery of Guelph, Capacity 3, The Ashlar Gallery in the Boarding House Arts building, and other venues.
He teaches music privately, hosts the popular Cornerstone Campfire Sessions (2005-2020), and has fronted multiple bands in Guelph over the last 20 years, including his most recent project “The Greg Denton Probable Cause Acoustic Trio”.
