You may learn about an ongoing or anticipated emergency and whether you should evacuate or shelter-in-place through one or more of these methods:
- Officials delivering information door-to-door
- A police or fire vehicle with a loudspeaker
- Posts on the City of Guelph’s official social media accounts and alerts through the Voyent Alert system
- Radio, television or online news channels
