- Mitigate the impacts of climate change by increasing tree canopy coverage.
- Protect Guelph’s water supply by advancing the Stormwater Management Master Plan.
- Reduce Guelph’s carbon footprint by investing in zero emissions vehicles for our fleet.
10. Empower the community to help create a sustainable city
- Encourage community participation in Race To Zero.
- Make homes more energy-efficient by implementing the Guelph Greener Homes program.
- Conserve and protect Guelph’s drinking water.
