Guelph’s Site Plan Review Committee is an informal review panel that reviews proposed site plans for development. The committee includes City employees with expertise in:

  • Traffic engineering
  • Environmental planning
  • Heritage planning
  • Economic development
  • Accessibility
  • Source water protection

All submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. We make every effort to receive and review submissions according to these timelines, but if there are too many submissions to discuss in one meeting, an application may be placed on the next available agenda.

Only complete submissions will be received and reviewed. Please review submission requirements or contact Planning Services for clarification.

You will be notified if your application is not complete, and you must pick up your incomplete application within one week of being notified.
