Before you set up a pre-authorized payment plan:
Please pay all taxes due. If you need help managing overdue taxes, please contact us.
Please submit your application at least 15 days before your preferred withdrawal date.
For all pre-authorized tax payment plans, you will get one property tax bill in June.
Choose your tax payment schedule
Instalment due date plan
Property tax payments are withdrawn from your account on each instalment due date; the final banking business day of February, April, June and September.
Applications received after September 15 will start in January, and it is the owner’s responsibility to pay their account in full.
9-month plan
Property tax payments are withdrawn from your account on the last banking business day of each month from January to September.
Applications received after September 15 will start in January, and it is the owner’s responsibility to pay their account in full.
11-month plan
Property tax payments are withdrawn from your account on the last banking business day of each month from January to November.
Applications received after September 15 will start in January, and it is the owner’s responsibility to pay their account in full.
12-Month plan
Property tax payments are withdrawn from your account on the 15th day of each month from January to December.
Applications received after August 31 will start in January, and it is the owner’s responsibility to pay their account in full.
