The City of Guelph is conducting its annual employment survey. Data collected will be used to understand the local economy, identify and analyze trends, and support the Economic Development and Tourism Strategy and related initiatives. In addition, the data will be used to help deliver business support services and programs, aid decision and policy making, and communicate with respondents about matters that impact their business.

Survey data may be shared with affiliated government organizations (e.g. Workforce Planning Board) for policy research and economic monitoring. In addition, it may be used to create new data products (e.g. business directory).
