Downtown parking rates

Free 2-hour parking once per day, on-street Downtown. After leaving your parking spot, your 2-hour limit expires for the day and may be subject to enforcement. If you need to park Downtown for more than two hours, please consider using a municipal lot.

Special Event parking in Downtown lots and parkades is available at a rate of $5.50.

Payment options for all lots and parkades include:

1. HONK App – Available for download on iOS and Android, (a $0.35 service charge is applied for all parking durations).
2. Pay stations – Located on Level 1 in the Market, East and West parkades. These accept debit, credit, and coins.
3. HONK QR Codes – Posted throughout the parkades for quick mobile payment.

On-street Downtown parking	Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., 2-hour limit, once per day Nights (9 p.m. to 9 a.m.) and Sundays: Free parking
Paid on-street parking Upper Delhi Street Lower Delhi Street (Honk App only)	Daily: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., $3 per hour, minimum purchase 50 cents
