Thank you for reporting potholes in your neighbourhood. The City inspects all roads to find and fix potholes and other damage according to Ontario Minimum Maintenance Standards.

The City of Guelph is not considered responsible for damages caused by road conditions unless we fail to inspect and maintain roads according to the Municipal Act, Ontario Regulation 239/02 Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways.
