The recommended budget will be presented to Council on November 8 at 2 p.m. in Council Chambers. Delegations for this budget will be heard on November 22. 2018 proposed non-tax-supported operating budget and capital budget now open for public comment Guelph, Ont., October 12, 2017 – The City has released the 2018 recommended operating (non-tax- supported) and the capital (non-tax and tax-supported) budgets to City Council and the community. The non-tax-supported operating budget focuses on the services residents pay for through rates, fees and charges such as stormwater management, water and wastewater.
