Personal information on these forms is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 302 (as amended), and will be used by City staff to complete the request and contact the applicant if necessary. Commemorative tree and bench program
The City’s commemorative/memorial bench program is closed for 2024 and will resume in 2025. Thank you for your interest.
Memorial tree and bench programs are available at the University of Guelph Arboretum and Woodlawn Memorial Park.
