The following form can be used by members of Guelph City Council and Guelph Local Boards for the purpose of submitting written statements of pecuniary interest as required by the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act. Once submitted your statement of pecuniary interest will be reviewed by City Clerk’s Office staff and posted as part of a public registry on guelph.ca.
Please note that the submission of this form does not replace a verbal declaration of pecuniary interest at a meeting. All members must still verbally declare any pecuniary interests at the meetings for which their interests apply.
