All rental spaces at the Guelph Farmers’ Market are fully booked for the remainder of 2016
Applications are not being accepted at this time. The waitlist for temporary vending space is also full and names are not being added to the waitlist.
New requirement for 2017: proof of insurance
The City of Guelph requires all Licensees who rent space in City-owned facilities to carry minimum general liability coverage of two million ($2,000,000) dollars to protect the Licensee and the City. The insurance policy shall be in the name of Licensee and shall name the City as an additional insured.
As identified in the Market Contract Section 29, all vendors will be required to show proof of insurance in 2017. The City of Guelph will work with all returning vendors to successfully meet insurance requirements within the first quarter of 2017. All new vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance before an application will be approved.

The Guelph Farmers’ Market follows the guidelines set out by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health department for Farmers’ Markets. If you are selling any type of food, you are required to fill out the Wellington-Dufferin Public Health application form.
You need to register as a vendor on Manage My Market, the Market’s online management system. An email is required to register. If you do not have an email address, please contact the Market Clerk to arrange an appointment to get assistance with this step.Register as a vendor
