Council minutes search

This is a test version of the Council Search tool that we will improve over time. It searches only full City Council meeting minutes (not committees or boards) in order to make it as easy as possible to follow the final decisions of Council.

Please note that the definitive record of Council business is the PDF of the meeting minutes, not any particular language that may display in the search results.

For meetings that took place after September 2016, search results should also display each motion and vote result.

If you see a bug or error, please let us know.

Please note: The links in the web-friendly agendas will redirect you to a specific report within the larger PDF agenda. When accessed from a mobile device, these links may not function properly and will link to page one of the agenda document. Agendas routinely exceed 100 mb in size. It’s recommended that mobile users access the agendas only when connected to a wifi network.
