Electric vehicle (EV) charging

The ground level (Level 0) in the Market Parkade has four spaces for electric vehicle charging. Turn left after the entrance gate on Wilson Street (East entrance of parkade).

The fee is $1.50 per hour or $4 a session, to a maximum of three hours. Users are asked to move their vehicles when charging is complete.

Regular parking fees apply.

How to use

To use the electric vehicle charging stations at the Market Parkade, you can  download the free FLO EV Charging Network app to your smartphone and follow the instructions or you can also obtain a FLO access card by visiting the FLO website and following the “Getting Started” instructions.

The charging stations allow EV charging for a maximum of three hours. Parking in EV designated spaces without vehicle charging is not permitted.

About metered parking

Meters accept coins (no pennies please)

When a meter expires it will show 0:00 and you have a 30-minute courtesy period. A meter showing no numbers means the courtesy period has ended and your 2 hour parking time has ended. After that, you must move your vehicle.
