  • overgrown grass or weeds longer than 20 centimetres (8 inches)
  • litter, debris or pet waste in yard
  • dead or decaying trees posing a safety hazard
  • dismantled, unlicensed or inoperable vehicles
  • fence or porch in poor/unsafe condition
