Trans Canada Trail Pollinator Garden 2

Location

This garden is located at the bottom of Mac Avenue on the Trans Canada Trail.

About the garden

  • This demonstration garden shows residents how drought tolerant and low maintenance plants would work well in a typical city garden.
  • The plants were chosen to provide all season food and shelter for pollinators.
  • City staff, Pollination Guelph and volunteers maintain the garden.

Get involved

This garden was designed to provide an example of a beautiful low maintenance landscape that also provides habitat for wildlife and to inspire residents to create similar habitat gardens at home. Come check it out and get inspired!

Volunteers are always welcome to help with garden maintenance, to volunteer contact [email protected].
