About disc golf
Disc golf is a low-impact sport that borrows elements from ultimate frisbee and golf. Using special baskets attached to poles, participants make their way from hole-to-hole using designated “tee” areas where they throw their first disc. The player throws any further shots at the basket from wherever the disc lands next, until it makes it into the basket. The lowest number of total throws is the goal of the game, much like golf.
