On a quarterly basis, the City is required to send Planning application data including processing timelines to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as per Regulation 73/23. This report consists of 14 data elements for each reporting period every quarter for the below listed applications.
- Official Plan Amendment Application (OPA)
- Zoning Bylaw Amendment Applications (ZBA)
- Site Plan Applications (SP)
- Minor Variance Applications (MVA)
- Land Severance (Consent) Applications (LSA)
- Plan of Subdivision Applications (POS)
- Plan of Condominium Applications (POC)
- Condominium Registrations (CR)
- Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO).
