Applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment have been received from Build Consulting Services, on behalf of Jaral Properties Inc., to permit a Veterinary Service use for the subject lands (within the existing building). The Official Plan Amendment proposes to remove the subject lands from an Employment Area as identified on Schedule 1b: Urban Structure Employment Areas of the Official Plan and to add a site-specific policy to permit Veterinary Service as a permitted use for the subject lands. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to add Veterinary Service as a permitted use for the subject lands.
