What is the Public Liaison Committee (PLC)?
The Public Liaison Committee (PLC) is a group that helps share and talk about information related to the Waste Resource Innovation Centre (WRIC) site. The committee discusses things like how the site is run, how the environment is being protected, how complaints are handled, and any changes to the site’s approvals.
The PLC is a place for people to give feedback and share ideas. It does not make decisions or control City staff or budgets.
