- Laying of wreaths at the Cross of Sacrifice at Guelph Central Station
9:30 to 9:50 a.m.
This brief ceremony is hosted by the International Order of Daughters of the Empire (IODE).
- Woodlawn Memorial Park Remembrance Day Service
10:45-11:45 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 762 Woolwich St.

How the City honours veterans
IIn honour of Remembrance Day, all flags at all City facilities will be half-masted on November 11.
Guelph Transit will provide regular Monday service on Remembrance Day. At 11 a.m. all buses will stop at safe points on each route and pause for two minutes to honour Canada’s veterans.
The City offers an annual free transit and parking pass for Guelph veterans.
Some City facilities are closed on Remembrance Day
City Hall, administration offices and Guelph Library are closed. Recreation Centres are open, and waste collection will take place on your regular collection day.
