J.G. Goetz Construction Ltd. is installing sewer, water and storm pipes, and repaving the road at 29 Colborn Street.

Work starts on or about October 13 and takes about two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
Changes during construction
Traffic lanes: Colborn Street will be closed to through traffic from Monticello Crescent to Mayfield Avenue during the project. Local traffic will be permitted along Colborn Street, however, there will be no through access at 29 Colborn Street.
Sidewalks: No Changes.
Guelph Transit: No Changes.
Waste collection: No Changes.
Property access: No Changes.
On-street parking: No Changes.
