What’s happening:
Neeb Excavating Inc is removing road asphalt, curb, and boulevard to install a new water service. All surfaces will be restored back to their original condition.
Why:
This project supports the construction of a new additional dwelling unit at 6 Torrance Cresent. For more information about the development, please contact [email protected]
When:
Construction for this project is scheduled to begin November 2 and should be completed by November 13, weather permitting.
Changes during construction
Traffic lanes: Torrance Crescent will be closed to through traffic from Kathleen Street to Westmount Road. Local traffic will be permitted along Torrance Crescent during construction; however, there will be no through access at 6 Torrance Crescent.
Sidewalks: The West sidewalk along Torrance Crescent will be closed from Kathleen Street to 30 Torrance Crescent. Please utilize the East sidewalk along Torrance Crescent.
Guelph Transit: No changes.
Waste collection: No changes.
Private driveway access: Every effort will be made to maintain access to driveways in the construction area during working hours (7 a.m.–6 p.m.). Construction activities and equipment movement may temporarily impact access to private property.
