What’s happening:
Drexler Construction is installing water, sewer and storm pipes and repaving the road at 122 Metcalfe Street.
Why:
This project supports a development project at 122 Metcalfe Street. For more information about the development, please contact [email protected].
When:
Work starts on or about October 5 and takes about two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
Changes during construction:
Traffic lanes: Metcalfe Street will be closed to through traffic from Bennett Avenue to Eramosa Road during the project. Local traffic will be permitted; however, there will be no through access at 122 Metcalfe Street.
Sidewalks: The west sidewalk will be closed to pedestrians at 122 Metcalfe Street during construction. Please use the nearby crossings at Lemon Street and Eramosa Road to use the east sidewalk.
Guelph Transit: No Changes.
Waste collection: No Changes.
Property access: No Changes.
On-street parking: No Changes.
