“Where’s My Bus” Text or Call Service

Do you want to know when your bus will arrive at your stop? Text or call the “Where’s My Bus” service to find out.

To Get Started

Find Your Stop ID

Guelph Transit bus stop ID numbers are displayed at each stop location. At the bottom of each sign is a unique bus stop ID number. You can also find the stop ID on Google Maps.

Find Your Stop ID
  • Text the bus stop ID to 855-490-6530. You will get a text back with the real-time arrival information when available for all routes servicing that stop.
  • Call 1-855-394-0811 and enter the bus stop ID when prompted. Follow the prompts to get real-time arrival information when available for all routes servicing that stop. You can receive arrival times for now or a time in the future.

This is not a subscription service and no unsolicited messages are being sent. To use the service, you must opt in by texting OPTIN to 855-490-6530. By texting the service, you will receive a single reply with the requested bus arrival times. If you do want to ensure that the service can’t send you messages, you can text STOP to the service. This will put you on a block list that will prevent the service from sending messages to your phone number. See the STOP section in the General text prompts section below.
