This micro-grant program offers small grants to fund great ideas that strengthen our communities through innovation, art and action. Individuals, artists, groups and organizations are encouraged to submit their ideas through an online application form for up to $1,000 in funding. This grant is open to groups based in Guelph and residents of Guelph.
While open to everyone, project ideas that centre equity and reconciliation, and those led by individuals identifying as 2SLGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Person with a Disability, Racialized, and/or Women are prioritized for funding. Applications open March 25, 2024, and will be accepted until April 26, 2024, at 4 p.m. EST.
Applications will be reviewed by the Guelph Neighbourhood Support Coalition and Guelph Arts Council grant review committees. Applicants will be notified about the status of their application in June 2024.
