Municipal development charges were effective March 2, 2024, to June 5, 2024
Education development charges are still effective April 23, 2024, to April 22, 2025 and are adjusted per the rate schedules in the school boards’ bylaws.
The municipal rates below include the mandatory 20 per cent discount from the full calculated rate.
