The Sunday Night route will operate every thirty minutes from 6:15 p.m. to 12 a.m. Pickups may only occur at the University Centre or Guelph Central Station. Drop-offs can occur at any stop along the route.

- 3rd exit on roundabout to Clairfields Drive East
