Administration Clerks – Summer 2021

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in performing general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Performing general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Ability to transpose information accurately and within established timelines.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team as required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.
  • Experience with WAM, Kronos or AMANDA would be a definite asset
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written skills.
  • Strong focus on organization and customer service.

Administration Clerk – Water Services
Duties

  • Schedule appointments with customers for services such as water meter replacement, water turn on/off, and rebate inspections.
  • Provide customer service to both external and internal customers, via telephone, letter, e-mail, website, in-person, and radio dispatch.
  • Assist with telephone reception, daily clerical work, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and populating the existing records systems with current and historical information.
  • Assist with daily data entry, compilation and auditing existing records.
  • Actively participate in meetings and projects as they arise.

Administration Clerk– Parks & Forestry
Duties

  • Assist with daily data entry and compilation of statistical information
  • Assist in providing customer service to both external and internal customers, via telephone, letter, e-mail, website, in-person, and radio dispatch.
  • Assist with data entry of service requests into work order management software
  • Assist with telephone reception, daily clerical work, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and populating the existing records systems with current and historical information.
  • Actively participate in discussions and projects as they arise.
  • Other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Valid G or G2 driver’s licence with a good driving record and a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Administration Clerk– Operations
Duties

  • Assist with telephone reception, maintenance of general email box, clerical work, photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Assist with data entry of service requests into work order management software
  • Assist with data entry pertaining to driver license information
  • Assist with ordering and inventory of office supplies,
  • Compile monitor and record hours of Service and vehicle inspection reports
  • Generate, assess and monitor CVOR driver files
  • Actively participate in discussions and projects as they arise.
  • Other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Valid G or G2 driver’s licence with a good driving record and a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Administration Clerk – Corporate Building Maintenance
Duties

  • Provide customer service to both external and internal customers, via telephone, e-mail and in-person.
  • Assist with daily clerical work, filing, photocopying and records management.
  • Assist with data entry pertaining to ESA compliance documents
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and populating the existing records systems with current and historical information.
  • Assist with daily data entry and compilation of statistical information
  • Actively participate in meetings and projects as they arise.

Rate

$14.55 – $14.97 per hour
