Evergreen Gardens Workshop- Fall Sculptures: Touch in the Garden
September 12 at 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
The plants in the garden boxes have been selected to engage each of our senses. In this workshop we’ll connect with the plants that have been selected for their interest to our sense of touch. Many of these plants can be brought inside for enjoyment in the winter, so we will begin dismantling the gardens to save them from winter frost as we continue to enjoy them inside. We’ll practice slowing down and focusing on just one sense, and choose the plants for our sculptures or wreaths with an emphasis on touch. Materials from outside the Evergreen gardens will also be available for use.
