The City of Guelph is hosting a free information session to help you determine if you want to run in this year’s election.
Speakers from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, the City Clerk’s Office, and a municipal lawyer will discuss a variety of election topics including roles and responsibilities, rules and dates around nominations, eligibility, fundraising, advertising, changes in effect for this municipal election, personal considerations and conflicts of interest.
