What we do

The City’s Executive Leadership team provides strategic leadership and decision making to support the citizens of Guelph as well as provide expertise to the Mayor and Council. The Executive Leadership team is comprised of the City Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and three Deputy CAOs who lead three of the four service areas of the City of Guelph being Corporate Services, Infrastructure, Development and Enterprise Services, and Public Services. Each executive leader has executive and strategic support to assist in delivering Council’s mandate.

Why we do it

The Executive Leadership team is responsible for implementing the Strategic Plan initiatives; they are critical in the Working Together for our Future priority to run an effective, fiscally responsible and trusted local government.
