What’s happening:
We’re working on the finishing touches for the Eastview Bike Park pump track, including testing the features to make sure all project elements and water drainage routes are working as expected. We appreciate the community’s patience and support in staying out of the active construction site.
Please be sure to respect the construction fencing and signs in place and stay out of the site. Trespassing on a construction site is a significant safety hazard.
As soon as construction is complete, we’ll announce the opening of the pump track on our website and social media feeds.
Why:
It’s important to rigorously test the space to make sure the pump track and surrounding site will weather the elements as expected.
When:
The exact timeline depends on the testing results, but we’re hopeful the pump track will be ready to open for use this summer.
Changes during construction:
Pump track area: The fenced-off construction zone next to the soccer fields remains closed to the public until construction is complete and the fencing is removed.
