New traffic control signals on Elmira at Independence and Edinburgh at Rodgers

Guelph, ON, November 20, 2019—The City has installed a new traffic control signal at Elmira Road and Independence Place, and a new pedestrian signal at Edinburgh Road South and Rodgers Road.

With these installations, the City of Guelph now operates and maintains 199 traffic control signals citywide.
