The purpose of the proposed Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application is to permit the development of an eight storey mixed use building with 110 apartment units and commercial uses at grade.

The Official Plan Amendment application proposes to add a site-specific policy to the Neighbourhood Commercial Centre designation to permit a maximum building height of eight (8) storeys. The Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes to rezone the lands from the current “Urban Reserve” (UR) Zone to a specialized “Neighbourhood Shopping Centre” (NC) Zone with site specific provisions.
