About the project

The City is working with Drexler Construction Ltd. to undertake private infrastructure work, on behalf of a home builder, to construct and install sewer and water pipes to a new home on Exhibition Street.

Work begins August 6

Work is expected to start on or about August 6, and take about one week to complete, weather permitting.

Exhibition Street closed

Exhibition Street will be closed to through traffic during the project. Local traffic will be permitted along Exhibition Street, however, there will be no through access at 330 Exhibition Street.

Pedestrian access

The west sidewalk in front of 330 Exhibition Street will be closed to pedestrians during construction. Please use the east sidewalk.

Property access

Every effort will be made to maintain access to driveways in the construction area during working hours (7 a.m.–7 p.m.). Construction activities and equipment movement may temporarily impact access to private property and delays should be expected.

City services

There will be no interruption to any City services during construction. Waste collection will not be affected. Please continue to place your green, blue and grey carts at the curb, as per your regular schedule.
