Traffic notice: Zaduk Place traffic calming measures to be installed April 29

Between Sweeney Drive and McAlister Boulevard

As part of the Kortright Hills subdivision development, traffic calming measures will be installed on Zaduk Place to stop through vehicles and reduce vehicle speeds in the neighbourhood.

Speed cushions will be installed between Sweeney Drive and Paddison Crescent. One traffic island will be installed between Paddison Crescent and McCann Street and a second between McCann Street and McAlister Boulevard. On-street parking will be restricted in the area where traffic islands are installed.

Lane reductions and pedestrian access

Two-way traffic and pedestrian sidewalk access will be maintained during the installation process. Every effort will be made to maintain access to driveways within the work area Monday to Friday during working hours (7 a.m.-7 p.m.). Temporary delays are expected.

Installation starting April 29

The installation of temporary traffic calming measures will start the week of April 29. Crews will then install permanent measures later in the summer.
