Construction notice: Refuse disposal bin on Parkholm Avenue

Across 37 Parkholm Avenue

Rob Page (contractor) is undertaking a renovation project at 37 Parkholm Avenue. The work will require a refuse bin to be on site, and on the street, at various times throughout the project. Placing the bin on the existing driveway would block access to the back of the property, which is required for the project. The contractor has obtained a permit for the bin to be placed on the street.

Construction to begin March 25

The project will start on or about March 25 and is expected to take five months to complete, weather permitting. The refuse bin will be dropped off and picked up on various times throughout this period.

Driveway access, lane reductions and detours

The bin will not block or prevent access to residential driveways. There are no planned lane reductions or detours as part of this work.

Pedestrian access

Sidewalks will remain open in this area throughout the project.

City services

There will be no interruption to any City services during construction. Waste collection will not be affected. Please continue to place your green, blue and grey carts at the curb, as per your regular schedule.
