Guelph, Ont., February 14, 2019—Dreaming of your next home renovation? Is it a second story addition? Or maybe you want to widen your driveway. Are thinking of opening a home business or purchasing a store front? No matter what you want to do, you need to know your zone.

We’re reviewing our existing Zoning Bylaw, which identifies your property’s zone and outlines what you can do on your property, so it aligns with our Official Plan and makes sense for the community.

We’ll be looking at each and every property in Guelph, and that includes your property—residential or business.
