The intent of the application is to change the zoning from the “Specialized Highway Service Commercial” (SC.2-3) Zone to a “Specialized Residential Cluster Townhouse” (R.3A-?) Zone and a “Specialized Service Commercial Zone” (SC.1-?) Zone to permit the development of 195 stacked townhouse units, a mixed-use building, an office building and maintain the existing Curling Club.
