Notice of collection: Household telephone survey about Guelph’s Community Plan

Reading time: 2 minutes

The City of Guelph is conducting a residential telephone call survey to gather input into Guelph’s Community Plan, a shared plan that will provide a road map for the future of our community.

The survey is being conducted from January 4 to January 18, 2019.  The market research and analytics company, Leger, is contacting 600 households in the city of Guelph.

Community feedback will shape Guelph’s Community Plan, which will be presented to Guelph City Council in the spring. The Plan will guide the future work of local government and community organizations.

Participation is voluntary. All individual responses will be kept confidential and will be used for further program development and optimization only.

Personal information, as defined by Section 2 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (MFIPPA) is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA.
